Custom Manufactured Hoses
Hydroflex offers custom manufactured hoses to fulfill any application required. Using the same materials as we do our stock assemblies, we manufacture hoses sized from 1/4" I.D. to 16” I.D. at any required lengths with an array of end fittings in both carbon steel and stainless steel.
Our custom hoses are offered in two distinct series of hose: 300 series and 800 series. The 300 series hose is the same material used for our stock assemblies and considered our standard material. The 800 series is a thicker walled hose core with heavier braid to accommodate higher pressures.
Material Selection
Our hoses are offered in both 316 and 321 stainless steel hose core to accommodate an array of service types. Our hoses are manufactured to a standard of excellence that ensures optimal performance in every application.
Temperature

Fittings
From flanges and threads to JICs, Victaulic ends, and more—if it can be welded, we can make it work. Available in both carbon steel and stainless steel, our fittings are built to handle any application, ensuring we can accommodate virtually any requirement.
Media
From liquids and gases to more specialized materials, what your hose transports is a critical factor in design. We take into consideration the media requirement of every hose to ensure we manufacture the highest quality hose for your application
Pressure Ratings
Whether your hose requirements call for standard or high-pressure service, our hoses are manufactured to deliver. Choose from standard hose or high-pressure hose to single braided hose or double braided hose to meet the required working pressures of your application.
Sizing
To ensure we can accommodate a wide range of size requirements, we stock material to manufacture hoses in sizes from 1/4" I.D. up to 16” I.D. Hydroflex uses nominal pipe sizing to determine the size required for your application.
